Unified Messages Center (SMS + Form Submissions)#2615

Currently in the website backend we cannot see new messages AT ALL! The only way to get and see new messages is by email and the searching for the users profile. To make the system overall better and easier to see new messages we need to have SMS messages show up in the same area that Form submissions show up! Bring inbound SMS replies and website form submissions into a single Messages section inside the CRM, so teams can view, reply, and automate from one place. We have a place to see form submissions already. But SMS replies should also go to this SAME place then we can see all submissions / replies and easily jump to that users profile.
