The icon-with-text — and SEO & AEO == SHITT!!!#2619

I seriously don’t get why the icon-with-text widget still slaps a heading tag on by default. Headings (<H1>–<H6>) are meant to structure your content, not cosplay as a bullet list. Want bullets? Use <UL> and <LI>. That’s literally what they’re for.

And it’s not like this is news either — someone already flagged this here three years ago. Three. Years. Ago.

The real kicker? This widget is everywhere, and every time someone uses it like this, their SEO goes straight out the window. Suddenly you’ve got random H4s (or even H2s, yikes) popping up all over the place. It’s messy, it’s weird, and it’s tanking findability.

Would be awesome if the rest of you could smash that upvote so we can finally get this fixed. 🚀
