Update Google reCAPTCHA to v3#2646

Up-grade from out-dated Google reCAPTCHA v2 to reCAPTCHA v3

Simvoly currently only supports reCAPTCHA v2 (checkbox or invisible badge).
reCAPTCHA v3 (score-based, 100% invisible) is not available yet in Simvoly’s native form builder.

That’s why even with “reCAPTCHA on,” you’re still seeing junk: v2 catches bots, but it can’t filter human spammers the way v3’s scoring system can.

Ideally Simvoly would add reCAPTCHA v3 (it’s lighter UX and smarter at scoring).
