Set reminder to contact client at a specific date and time#2661

Due to make sales work much easier for our clients i want the possibility to set up next time to call or contact the client in any way.
That is an important feature in every CRM system.

As a sales woman, when i work with a client i want to make sure to talk to that client now and then. Every time i talked to them i set up the next date for contact.
That can be:

  • something special is happening on the market that regards them
  • its their birthday
  • we have not talked in 3 months
  • we have a new product coming

So this is extra, i send marketing emails as well, depending on what tags i put in.

In other CRM systems i can as a sales representant have all upcoming calls or meetings on my first page. So i dont need to search in the system and remember for myself.
