It is absolutely impreeative that you increase the video file size on digital products in the Ecommerce. Having just 300mb in todays world is no where near enough. You are falling behind the competition and need to catch up quickly.
Could an integration with Dropbox or Googledrive or some other 3rd party file sharing platform help here, so that large files could be sold as digital downloads without bandwidth consumption on the plan getting blown out? We have a customer on Simvoly that was previously selling a 750Mb audio digital download via Shopify but we can’t continue to provide that via their Simvoly site because of the 300Mb file limit. I wouldn’t want their site or funnels to go offline because they have blown through their monthly bandwidth limit on digital download sales.
If the files are hosted withing Simvoly (preferable) there would need to be a seperation on the plan that a set amount of “File Download Bandwidth” was seperately metered to the website or funnel bandwidth.
Maybe this would need to be created as a seperately metered “Large File Bandwidth Add-on” with it’s own seperate charge and bandwidth metering seperate from the webiste/funnel Plan.
