Add IP Tracking and IP Blocking for Form Submissions#2755

For businesses using Simvoly forms professionally, it is very important to have access to the submitter IP address and the ability to block abusive IPs.

Currently, when receiving repeated spam or malicious submissions from the same person, there is no way to identify or prevent the abuse effectively.

Suggested features:

Display the submitter IP address inside form submissions
Include the IP address in email notifications
Allow blocking specific IP addresses from submitting forms
Add rate limiting or anti-spam protections for repeated submissions

These features would significantly improve security and form management for businesses and agencies using Simvoly.
