Add payment option in calendar while booking#770

We need to be able to take payments while booking or scheduling for something in the calendar.

I agree. Meantime you can make them pay and then redirect them to a page where they can schedule the appointment.

@Gustavo_waldman that’s a great workaround, but it’s frustrating to have to build a workaround for an otherwise excellently built part of product.

The workaround of having the visitor pay BEFORE making the booking is not usable for many customers, whose visitors need to be able to pick the time of the appointment before making the decision of whether they want to go ahead and pay for it.

Example: very busy coaches, specialists and health practitioners often have their calendars booked out several weeks in advance. A prospective new patient would check when the next booking is available, and if no time slots are available within an acceptable time period, they might look for another specialist. If they were to pay in advance, then find out that they could only book an appointment 8 weeks later, it would be disastrous…

Hi! this is a feature really needed as Igor has explained workaround to pay before booking does not suit what the most quantity of customers expect while booking: they want to book their appointments first and then pay for them a deposit fee or percentage or total amount. Booking sessions are not connected to order sessions so we are not able to make any developement via API neither. We need a solution due competitors are offering this feature and meanwhile we are losing clients for this. Please include this in your next sprint. Thanks a lot for your consideration.

Bumping again. really need this feature ASAP. Working with a lot of business and athletic coaches now and need a payment system integrated into the booking services and the for the individual operators. I need this to upsell end users when they are taking courses with my client but I didnt realize we couldnt take payment until now…hoping this is on the next roll out.

Same here… Working with a lot of aesthetic, personal trainers and we deffo need this update asap

Fill in questionnaire and pay

The booking widget needs an update ASAP as we are loosing clients because they go with third party providers who already offer this.
